With special honor and satisfaction, we inform the public that on 13.05.2026 in Skopje, Memorandums of Understanding and Institutional Cooperation were officially signed between:
🔹 Institute for Development of Security – European Police Agency – Macedonia, represented by the National Delegate Arsencho Aleksovski
and
🔹 Financial Police Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia, represented by Director Slobodan Ivanovski.
At the same time, an international Memorandum of Cooperation was also signed between:
🔹 Institute for Development of Security – European Police Agency – Brussels ASBL, Kingdom of Belgium, represented by Director Ernest Damjanovski
and
🔹 Direction de la Police Financière / Financial Police Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia, represented by Director Slobodan Ivanovski.
Through these memorandums, an official framework is established for professional, institutional, and international cooperation in the fields of:
