About Us
Who are we?
We are a European non-profit association (ASBL) dedicated to promoting safety, security and the protection of the rights of every citizen across the continent.
In close cooperation with law enforcement agencies, public authorities and partner organisations in all Member States, we support and facilitate efforts to prevent and combat crime, promote respect for justice and protect communities.
The association has no investigative, executive or coercive powers and does not act as a police or judicial authority. Its role is exclusively advisory, strategic and supportive.
Our work is guided by integrity, professionalism and respect for fundamental rights. We do not limit ourselves to law enforcement; we also work to build trust, strengthen cooperation and promote a unified approach to security challenges, whether they involve organised crime, cyber threats, terrorism or border protection.
At the heart of our mission lies the conviction that a safer Europe is built collectively. By sharing knowledge, resources and expertise, we ensure that every action we take contributes to strengthening justice, security and freedoms for all.
